Budget: $5.5 Million, $4 Million of which is payroll
Group Homes: 3 homes in Whitley County, 24/7/365 fully staffed homes, 24 individuals served
Supported Independent Living, non-24 hour sites: 11-24 hour homes/apartments, and seven non 24 hour homes/apartments in Whitley County, 50 individuals served, support provided as needed: budgeting, mealtime, medications, appointments, etc.
Creative Learning Center: Over 70 individuals served, Programming includes: Passages Bridge 333 Art Studio, Spotlight Avenue, Creative Arts, One on One Art, Computers, Healthy Lifestyles, Pathways to Employment, Senior Program, Life Skills Training and Hobbies and Recreation.
