Passages, Inc. hosts several events throughout the year. Your personal or corporate sponsorship helps us to both offset costs of these events and to ensure profitability for those we serve — leading them into thriving and meaningful lives.

Champion Sponsor/Event Underwriter: $10,000
The event underwriter will have its company name included in the name of this event. The organization will have up to three tables of eight people at the event. The logo/marketing promotion of this organization will be prevalent at the event, in all website and social media communication, in the event programming and in the program booklet itself. Several mentions of this organization will be made from the stage the evening of the event. If the event underwriter would like to submit a video to be played during the event (one to two minutes), we will run the video for promotion.
Silver Level Sponsor: $2,000
Silver sponsors allow people served by Passages and their Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to attend the event. Your sponsorship will purchase two tables of eight and their staff members to attend and enjoy the evening. In addition, your logo, website and other pertinent contact information will be listed on the Passages website and on the program for the evening. Your logo will also be shown on-screen at the event. All communication leading up to and during the event will thank your organization publicly for its support.
Table Captains: $500
A table captain purchases seats for a table of six. These tickets can be given to coworkers, clients, friends, or family. The table will be labeled the “XYZ Table,” recognizing that organization as a sponsor of our event. We will also be providing several name mentions on our website, social media channels and the night of the banquet.
Gold Sponsor: $1,000
The Gold Sponsor includes your company logo on a large banner/board to be displayed at all three shows, on the program, and logo placement on the Passages website under the “Spotlight Avenue” tab for the year. Your company name will be included on all press communication leading up to and during the event. Your company logo will also be included in the Passages 2020 event video. A Gold Sponsor will also receive 10 tickets to the event.
Silver Level Sponsor: $500
The Silver Sponsorship includes your company name on the program and logo placement on the Passages website under the “Spotlight Avenue” tab for the year. Your company name included on all press communication leading up to and during the event. A Silver Sponsor will also receive five tickets to the event.
Bronze Sponsor: $250
The Bronze Sponsor includes business name placement on program and website name and logo under the “Spotlight Avenue” tab leading up to the event. A Bronze Sponsor will also receive two tickets to the event.
Champion Sponsor/Event Underwriter: $5,000
The event underwriter will have its company name included in the name of this event. The organization will have up to 20 race registrations included. The logo/marketing promotion of this organization will be prevalent at the event, in all website and social media communication. Passages will also produce banners with the name of the event underwriter to be seen at the event. Several mentions of this organization will be made throughout the leading up to and the morning of the event. The event underwriter logo will have a prominent location on the sleeve of the race shirt. Promotional items from your company can be included in the goody bag given to all participants (Must have by April 1, 2020).
Silver Sponsor: $1,000
The Silver Sponsor includes your company logo on the registration form, logo placement on top back of t-shirt that is given to all participants/volunteers. Your company logo will also be placed on the Passages website under the “Passages 5k” tab for a year. Promotional items from your company can be included in goody bag given to all participants (Must have by Apr. 1, 2020). Your company name will be included on all press communication leading up to and during the event. Silver sponsors receive five race registrations.
Bronze Sponsor: $500
The Bronze Sponsor includes name on registration form, logo placement on middle back of t-shirt that is given to all participants/volunteers. Company name included on all press communication leading up to and during the event. Bronze sponsors will receive two race registrations.
